About Saratoga Bridges Foundation
The
Foundation’s responsibilities include:
êEnsuring
that Saratoga Bridges has a visible,
positive reputation that will attract public
support in the community.
êRaising operating funds to cover the
costs of programs and services that are not
sufficiently supported by public agencies.
êRaising all funds for capital and
special projects approved by both Boards.
êEstablishing an endowment to insure
the availability of future programs and
services.
êExercising fiduciary responsibility
for Foundation assets, including the
endowment.
Foundation
Board Meetings are held the third Wednesday
of each month except August at 16 Saratoga
Bridges Blvd. Ballston Spa, NY 12020. If you

interested in becoming a member of the Board
